HCF currently don’t recognise my Health Fund provider number, it the only one that doesn’t. As a rule I always aim to give the full 90min on the table and this includes the initial consultation. The paperwork does take a bit longer the first time, so if you are booking in for 10am, we probably won’t get you on the massage table till 10:15 and there for the massage will finish about 11:45 rather than 11:30, as an example.

In the spirit of the packages, I ask that you have the next massage (at lease one) booked in…,you can always change it if needed, something about having it in your calendar makes it more likely that you will prioritise your intention to have regular massages. I have people who Purchased a package three years ago intending to have monthly massages and still have not booked out all their Package.

Please note when booking a Couples massage only one person can use the package and the other pays full price. That way I am not out of pocked paying the other therapist.
